When I came to Robin ... I was suffering headaches on an almost daily basis and had very little head movement ... after my first treatment ... my pain had lessened considerably and my daily headaches stopped.
When I came to Robin, I was in a lot of pain following a whiplash injury, which happened 20 years ago. I was suffering headaches on an almost daily basis and had very little head movement to the left. I felt very depressed and honestly thought that I was stuck with the problem for the rest of my life.
After my first treatment from Robin, I felt a big difference straight away. My neck movement had improved by at least 20%, my pain had lessened considerably and, joy of joys, my daily headaches stopped. After six treatments, I had regained 75% of my head movements and could sit at a table and hold a conversation without having to support my chin on my hands. My neck muscles were growing stronger and I could stop taking pain killers.
Robin warned me that longterm problems, unlike recent injuries, took longer to heal. I have now had three months of weekly treatments and am almost 100% cured. Robin's healing skills work on deeper levels, too. Since I began treatment, my stress levels have lessened and my general mood has improved. I feel calmer and happier and much more optimistic about the future. Robin is a kind, warm, sensitive man, highly professional in his approach and incredibly gifted as a healer. I was first recommended to Robin by a friend after a particularly severe headache which had left me immobilised and in a great amount of pain. This was part of a pattern of virtually daily headaches I had suffered for almost 30 years and on this particular occasion it felt like it was the final straw. Having seen numerous GPs and specialists, all of which could only recommend pain killers, I was initially sceptical and didn’t really believe that there was anything that could be done.
However during my first session with Robin when I asked him that question he told me that I’d come to the right place and that treating headaches was one of his specialities. Instantly relieved I believed that I may have found someone who not only took my symptoms seriously but might also be able to help me. And I was right. Through a combination of manipulation, cranial osteopathy, addressing dietary and emotional factors my headaches are virtually a distant memory. Getting a headache now is the exception and not the rule and when I do they are nothing like they were before. Robin’s approach has been so beneficial to me that the positive effect on the whole of my life has been immense and for that I am extremely grateful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Robin, in fact I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I came to Robin with a long term sciatic condition, which had been causing severe pain in my lower back and left leg for about ten years. I had been treated at The British School of Osteopathy during the early 1990's after a fall from a tree which damaged a vertebrae in my lower back and remembered how effective this had been in alleviating a lot of my symptoms.
However, I ceased this treatment at a point when I felt the symptoms had become manageable. By early 2002 I was suffering more or less constant pain. My GP suggested I recommence osteopathic treatment.I initially visited Robin regularly, starting at one half hour session per week and gradually reducing those visits to one per four week period as my symptoms have improved. The majority of my treatment has involved a combination of manipulation, some focused exercise aimed at building up muscle tone in the legs and lower back and some dietary advice. As a result of Robin's intelligent and wholly professional approach to the treatment of my symptoms, I have seen a 75 to 80 per cent improvement in my condition to date. It is truly remarkable how few symptoms affect me now and how much pain I was prepared to endure before seeking treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robin to anyone suffering similar symptoms to my own.

I have suffered from back problems for years (including two spine operations), so when I started to get pain and loss of movement, once again I was in despair.
