Is pain preventing you from living your life as you want to? There are many conditions that might prompt you to seek out an Osteopath, from a painful neck, back or shoulders to muscle and joint problems or perhaps specific workplace or sporting injuries.
The Twyford Practice in Fortis Green is just less than two miles from Hampstead Garden Suburb. There’s plenty of parking for those choosing to travel by car or it’s just a short hop on the 102 bus. And for the more energetic (or step aware) amongst us it’s a 30 minute walk.
Why should you choose Robin Kiashek at the Twyford Practice near Hampstead Garden Suburb?
As a London Osteopath and Naturopath (with clinics in North London, near Hampstead Garden Suburb, and Soho, Central London) registered with both The General Osteopathic Council and The British Naturopathic Association, I am committed to helping my patients achieve physical and emotional wellbeing.
Over the years, I have expanded my breadth of expertise to encompass a range of therapies, enabling me to offer each patient a bespoke treatment. Much like sporting professionals now realise that yoga, pilates and meditation can help improve performance, I also believe that the more areas in which I studied, qualified, and ultimately practised, the better I could treat my patients. And so, my treatment plans often encompass a multitude of techniques:
- Low Level Laser Therapy – a pain-free, non-invasive treatment that involves a low-power light beam being placed on the injured area.
- Naturopathy – a complementary health profession based on the age-old philosophy that the human body has the innate ability to heal itself through nature.
- Autogenic Training – a potent relaxation therapy with powerful applications in restoring, healing and developing the body and mind.
- Western Acupuncture – a therapy which has its philosophy based on a Western medical neuro-physiological model. Primarily known as a treatment which aims to relieve pain, the applications of Western Acupuncture have widened significantly as the practice has evolved.
What are my Qualifications?
In 1996 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine (including a Diploma in Nutrition) from what is now known as The British College of Osteopathic Medicine (formerly The British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy). This institution is accredited by the University of Westminster. I am also a fully qualified practitioner in Western Medical Acupuncture, having trained with The British Medical Acupuncture Society. And, as more is known about the body and new treatments are discovered, I stay abreast of knowledge and techniques associated with the latest Osteopathic and allied therapies via continuous post-graduate training (CPD) throughout the year.
